Job description: A leading and growing accountancy practice based in Taunton is searching for a qualified accountant with a career background within accountancy practice who is interested in moving into a more advisory role, delivering cloud accounting / Xero advice to clients and acting as lead internally on this side joining as Cloud Accounting / Xero Advisory Assistant Manager . You will and carve a key role within this growing firm and progress in your career.

Joining the firm as Cloud Accounting / Xero Assistant Manager you will play a lead role focused on delivering cloud accounting / Xero and other online accounting software advice to wide ranging clients, across the spectrum in industry sectors and turnover ranges. You will carve a key role here advising on implementations, software advice, reviews and improvements, MTD and other advice. You will also act internally assisting colleagues and the wider business, as go to advisor on this side. There will be scope to carve a key position within this growing office and progress in your career.

You will be likely qualified across any of ACA ACCA, AAT, ATT, CTA etc with a career background developed within accountancy practice. You may also have had a more hands on, client delivery focused background so far perhaps with an existing hands on and managerial, review capacity overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax services and wider services to a mixed client base of limited companies, SMEs and OMBs, sole traders and partnerships. You will be motivated and interested in the potential for an opportunity where you can move into a much advisory focused role, delivering cloud accounting advice and solutions. You will be looking for a challenging, long term permanent career move where you can carve a career and see a route to progress within a highly successful chartered firm of accountants.

Circa £30,000 – £40,000 plus benefits, negotiable dependent on experience and background of the right professional.
