Digital Marketing Specialist (12 Months Contract)

If you have a passion for using technology to support the deployment of priority marketing activities across EMEA. Amazon Web Services (AWS), a subsidiary of Amazon.com and a leader in Cloud Computing, is seeking an Digital Program Specialist (DPS)to support the deployment of digital programs. This is a contract role for 12 months.

The DPS will be responsible for the activation and successful deployment of demand-generation campaigns across EMEA, working closely with regional stakeholders to deliver high quality execution and compelling customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business. The DPS is highly organised and programmatic in their approach, is comfortable managing a variety of marketing channels, timelines and is expected to deliver with a level of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work with regional and pan-EMEA teams to execute across multiple digital channels.
-Partner across teams to deliver work on-time and on-budget.
-Set-up tracking and reporting according to evaluate the performance of the channels/campaign
-Project-manage the overall launch of regional assets in multiple languages.
-Applies marketing best practices to determine new opportunities that will improve the customer experience.
-Create regional guides/briefs/playbooks to scale executional best practices.
-Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and makes recommendations to support an organization growing at a rapid pace.
-Establish and continually improve scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management.

Basic qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology or a relevant field of study.
-Project management skills with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
-Relevant work experience in marketing with a focus on campaign build and digital channel execution.
-A flexible individual willing to roll up their sleeves and get work done.
-Ability to thinking outside the box.
-Passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Preferred qualifications

-Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services.
-Understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
-Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and help accelerate opportunities.
-Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
-Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce).
-Project leadership in digital marketing, cross-functional planning, and campaign management.
-Analytical with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

London, GBR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience in marketing or marketing research
– Knowledge and professional experience in using one or multiple digital marketing channels (eg. social, email, media, website etc)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience working with global cross-functional teams
– Experience in designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs
– Knowledge of email best practices and a/b testing methodologies within Marketo
