As part of the ‘Getting in Shape’ team your work with us will support many of the University’s diverse areas in both Academic Schools and Professional Services with teams including Strategic projects, Student engagement and Financial Services. You will have:

Proven capability of Continuous Improvement delivery to Green belt or equivalent level
Existing skills to deliver our service elements through supporting and training teams
Experience of working collaboratively through planning, delivering and completion of key initiatives
Flexibility to support the successful achievement of local and organisational initiatives
Knowledge and behaviours that enable, instruct and support our network of practitioners to strengthen organisational effectiveness and continue their personal development
Excellent communication skills
A professional approach to collaborating with colleagues across all levels
What you will do:

You will manage your time to:

Oversee a diverse portfolio of initiatives, training and team growth
Support multiple academic and business operations teams to apply and embed Continuous Improvement methodologies
Deliver our key service elements with a professional and engaging attitude

Interview details:

Interviews will be in person on 9th February 2024. Candidates will be asked to complete a skills assessment and a personal interview lasting approximately 2 hours in total. Times and venues will be communicated to shortlisted applicants following the closing date.
