Main Responsibilities:
Are you a B2B digital marketing professional looking to make a significant impact? As the Digital Marketing Manager at Advania UK, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing our digital strategy. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, your responsibilities will include:
– Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across the group
– Driving an ‘always on’ and multi-channel approach to keep Advania top of mind
– Managing paid media accounts, optimising budgets, and identifying trends
– Executing digital campaigns across paid media channels
– Managing and optimising group websites for performance and visibility
– Owning the SEO strategy across all brands
– Developing opportunities for retargeting and remarketing
– Analysing digital channel performance metrics for strategic decisions
– Overseeing the creation and optimisation of digital assets with the Content & Creative team
– Managing relationships with digital agencies and 3rd party partners
– Proactively identifying trends and improvements in our digital strategy
– Delivering clear, consistent communication on strategy, goals, and performance
Requirements and Qualifications:
– Proven digital B2B marketer with experience in IT Services/IT consultancy or Software/SaaS/technology companies
– Demonstrable experience owning and managing paid media, websites, SEO, and social media channels
– Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google console, SEM Rush, and Google Ads
– Proficient in website analytics tools and CMS systems like WordPress
– Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
– Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
– Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving measurable ROI
– Experience in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines
– Successful track record of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns
