Job title: Inbound Logistics Assistant (6 Month FTC)

Job description: The Inbound Logistics Assistant will report to our Senior Logistics Supervisor and help run our fast paced Logistics department. Your main tasks will be related to the end to end fulfilment process. Ensuring that orders/stock is white carded, picked, packed and labelled in line with SLAs whilst ensuring our shopper’s requests are managed on a timely basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support the running of our fast Paced Logistics department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who has experience handling luxury goods.

Salary for this role is £26k.

This role and the team are based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role has in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 5 days a week together in the office.

We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Pack customer orders and other deliveries to the highest standard to meet client expectations
  • Organise accurate labelling, making sure the boxes match the dispatch dockets and clients details
  • Physically organise and dispatch the boxes that are ready to be shipped
  • Cross check items against printed invoices, making sure all items are available for packing.
  • Detail quality checking goods to the highest level including quality checking returned items within the set timeframes – this could be a range of things from bags, watches, homeware, etc.
  • Identify any QC issues and raising quality concern

You Have:

  • Experience with packing and/or dealing with luxury goods
  • Experience in Quality Control, Stock Control or warehouse distribution
  • Experience working to targets and set KPIs
  • Flexibility and you are team oriented, providing support to other departments as require
  • Ability to thrive under variable and changing demands
  • Excellent eye for detail
