  • 17 personal playing booths, 3 stylish bars, selfie booths and multiple photo moments, plus an incredible decadent mouth-watering dessert room!

We launched our first venue at The O2, Greenwich in 2021 and have confirmed our first international opening in Mexico 2024, along with our second UK based venue in Birmingham! We aim to have 30 venues within the UK in the next ten years, in parallel to overseas expansion (US, Mexico, Europe and beyond).

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a highly determined and adaptable individual who can showcase their vibrant personality and ownership skills, whilst working across departments to achieve an amazing teammate and guest experience.

Specifically, we are looking for;

  • Hands on, willing and able to fully support the team
  • Passionate about owning and helping teammates to deliver fantastic looking spaces and experiences
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to support all departments from deliveries, public spaces to bathrooms (and so on!)
  • An eye for detail and proactive approach, with the ability to be reactive when necessary
  • To have a presence on the venue floor and be visible for all guests and teammates, ready to step in whenever needed whilst always having a warm and friendly disposition about you
  • Ability to work under pressure and at pace
  • A true TOCA Social brand ambassador
  • Someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!

THE ROLE

We are looking for a world class Steward to join the world’s first interactive football and dining venue, located in our venue at The O2 in London, North Greenwich (UK).

The Steward will work closely with all teammates and the venue Leadership team to oversee the day to day operations and the entire teammate and guest experience. This role is crucial in ensuring the venue is always at its best and making sure all teammates are fully equipped to deliver world class experiences and will be the go-to person to enhance our operations.

This Steward will be responsible for:

  • Table maintenance and upkeep of all spaces, supporting the seamless operations and experiences for all teammates and guests
  • Receiving deliveries and working alongside O2 logistics to keep delivery areas and heart of house spaces organised
  • Keeping all public spaces and bathrooms looking their absolute best (this involves, but is not limited to, clearing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising)
  • Having a floor presence in peak times to support FOH operations with tidying, organisation and general cleaning
  • Spotting where support is needed at all times and being hands on
  • Supporting with deep cleaning of spaces and upkeep of our football boxes
  • Providing additional support to all teammates and departments

Requirements

What we would love you to have, but is not a dealbreaker:

  • Experience in a hospitality or retail setting
  • Previous experience as public area attendant or cleaner
