Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Staff Nurse to join our Neuro-Rehabilitation team at a prestigious healthcare institution in London. This is an opportunity to work within a cutting-edge facility, delivering world-class care and contributing to patients’ recovery journeys.

Key Details:

Salary: Competitive, £37,500 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (part-time options available)
Location: SW1, London
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and standards.
• Prioritise patient care and promptly escalate concerns to senior nursing/clinical staff.
• Evaluate and revise care plans to facilitate positive patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients while upholding NMC code of conduct.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in neurological or spinal rehabilitation settings.
• Current Nursing & Midwifery Council registration (First Level).
• Willingness to undertake relevant post-registration courses.
• Completed ILS provider course or qualification within 3 months of hire.
• Proven track record of achieving objectives in clinical roles.
