The Opportunity
On this 6-8 week Summer Internship you’ll work alongside skilled professionals and from day one you will be working on real life meaningful projects – adding add value to clients, while exploring challenges with curiosity and creativity.
You’ll learn from others and begin creating your professional network ready for when you graduate. There are regular learning sessions with our leadership team, opportunities for site visits to local projects and all kinds of social events that will support your learning and development.
Our aim is to welcome as many students back into our other programmes be that another internship or potential graduate position. This placement is the stepping-stone to your future.
Being part of the North West and Yorkshire (NWY) advisory team you will work within one of our four reginal offices, though travel to other offices will be encouraged as you will meet other professionals within the wider advisory business. Sheffield and Manchester are the centre of excellence for the Energy team and this is where the mass of the people are, so these locations will be where you will be primarily based.

- You will be studying for a Science or Engineering Masters Degree
- Preference will be given to Mechanical or Electrical subject
- Expecting to achieve a 2:1 and following your placement about to enter your final year
- Strong communication and writing skills and be proficient in English
- Working as part of a team is essential within this role
You should be able to start this opportunity in Summer 2024.
