*Expensed travel to sites will be required for this role so a driving license is essential* When not onsite, there is lots of flexibility for working from home which is usually a couple of days a week

A leading Healthcare organisation is looking for an experienced Technical Field Engineer to join their Scotland based team, this is due to rapid growth and success over the last year.

They are the UK’s largest providers of private healthcare with 39 hospitals and 33 clinics, medical centres and consulting rooms across England, Wales and Scotland. They also operate a network of private GPs and provide occupational health services to over 700 corporate clients.

You will provide both on-site and remote technical support across multiple locations. The role will include lots of training and development across cloud and on prem technologies, they have immense training resources for employees. This role will include/require:

  • Providing on-site and remote IT support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software technical issues
  • In-depth knowledge of Desktop & Laptop hardware fault diagnosis and upgrades, Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Suite,Core Networking / TCP-IP, Cisco switch configuration and auditing of Cisco networked devices
