Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join us at our Waitrose site in Magna Park, Milton Keynes. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 14:00 to 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Plan, schedule and communicate workload across various warehouse departments
  • Verify the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation while monitoring and tracking incoming containers
  • Complete and maintain productivity reports both during the shift as well as end of shift reporting using WLM and JDA systems
  • Plan overtime when required using OT Kiosk

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous experience in administrative function within fast-paced logistics environment beneficial
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS apps such as Excel and Outlook
  • Strong ability to analyse data and identify trends, attention to details is a must
  • Ability to solve problems and resolve queries using own initiative
