About the role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Lead will play a central role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the UK and Europe. The Sales lead is responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, forging key relationships, and capitalising on opportunities to promote our cutting-edge SaaS solutions.

Your primary focus will involve leveraging your expertise in sales to identify, cultivate, and convert prospects into loyal clients. You will also collaborate with the Head of Sales & Head of Marketing to develop and refine sales strategies, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance sales performance and achieve organisational objectives and reporting.

Other key areas of responsibility will include:

Identify and target prospective clients for Storman through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships;

Manage a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and opportunities through the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting;

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our Storman offerings;

Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets;

Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage upselling and referrals.

About You

You will have a growth and hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial approach and a proven track record in B2B SaaS in the UK market. You are a strong negotiator, relationship manager and communicator with a passion for technology.

You will also bring:

Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and technology, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, understandable manner through various digital & face to face mediums;

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.

Demonstrated ability to influence and contribute to strategic decisions;

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.(Hubspot/Google meet/Google suite).
