  • Identify and align HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Analyse HR processes and recommend improvements
  • Manage HR projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in the implementation of HR systems and tools
  • Conduct HR data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to resolve HR issues
  • Provide guidance on HR policy interpretation and application
  • Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks

Long-term day rate assignment – Inside IR35|Large global, matrixed Investment Bank

A successful Interim HR Business Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Recent experience as a HR Business Analyst or similar HR role within a global matrixed Financial Services environment. (Investment Banking)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in HR systems and databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
