Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division (Hexagon MI) provides solutions that utilize data from design and engineering, production and metrology to make manufacturing smarter.
Our Marketing team is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of Hexagon MI’s marketing initiatives in the UK by developing and executing effective marketing and communications plan and activities that reach and engage our target audiences.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will report to the regional Marketing and Communications Lead.
Responsibilities
You will develop and execute marketing and communications plan and activities that meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
You will cooperate with local sales, regional and global marketing teams as well as creative and digital marketing and event specialists. You will be responsible for the external communication of assigned programs and have a key role in achieving commercial goals. You will manage budgets, analyse campaign results, and optimize programs to improve the performance. The role has a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline building.
More precisely, this role consists of:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. email, social media, digital advertising, events, etc.).
- Creating and managing project timelines, planning and budgets.
- Analysing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimise programs.
- Developing and managing relationships with vendors and partners.
- Developing content and messaging for marketing materials.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in similar roles with a background in B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Familiar with Salesforce / Pardot, or similar software, as well as leads process management, leads scoring, nurturing scenarios and data management.
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns as well as delivering Google Ads and Social media campaigns.
- Able to manage events, both online and on-site.
- Ability to analyse data, measure marketing program effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Copyediting experience.
- Available to travel up to 20% of the time. Mainly in the UK.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
