£13.30 per hour

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on a temp to perm basis to join a leading Distribution business in Basingstoke. This is a full time position working 5 out of 6 days across Monday – Saturday, 6am – 2pm.

Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader:
– Leading a team of warehouse workers
– Training colleagues where needed, following health and safety procedures
– Briefing the team daily and creating targets
– Assisting with warehouse duties and leading by example
– Ensuring productivity rates are achieved
– Shifts are 06:00-14:00 5 days a week between Monday to Saturday
– £13.30 per hour

Requirments:
– Experience leading a team
– Wealth of previous warehouse experience
– IT Literate
– Available immediately
