We’re really proud of our Repairs Team at Futures and their commitment to providing our customers with the best service possible, we’re now on the hunt for a Lead Void Cleaning and General Duties Operative to join our Team.

You’ll be a great communicator as you’ll liaise with customers and Work Planners to ensure the Planned and Responsive works you do provide a great customer experience by being on time and to a high standard
To be considered you’ll need to have:
- Experience and understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and practices.
- An understanding of building construction and property defects.
- A full clean driving licence
You’ll have access to one of our company vans for visiting homes and you’ll love the variety this role brings. Above all you’ll take pride in a job well done, knowing that you’ve made a real difference to our customers.
A few key points from our role profile:
- Undertake the internal and external cleaning to properties and associated areas i.e. communal areas community centres etc.
- Undertake post work inspections of void properties to ensure they meet the lettable standard.
- Record any defects and complete any minor defects which are within capability eg removing items from walls, filling small holes, refixing trims to kitchen units, tightening screws in loose hinges/ handles, replacing WC seat.
- Organise for any remaining works to be completed with Team Leader/ Supervisor.
- Take photo evidence of standard of completed property and upload photos into document management system.
- Main point of contact for scheduling of properties, and liaising with other trades to ensure all works are complete before cleaning team go into the void property

Expected salary: £23557 per year
