An opportunity has come up for an experienced and ambitious corporate & commercial lawyer to join a team in the Banbury area of Oxfordshire

The firms corporate & commercial team enjoys a fantastic reputation in the Oxfordshire area as well as further afield representing clients ranging from large multi national companies to local businesses across a range of sectors including tech, engineering, food & beverage and sport and entertainment.

Due to their continual high levels of service they have been able to retain a loyal client base that they have built up over the years as well as continuing to attract work from new clients based on recommendations and their reputation in corporate & commercial law.

The successful candidate for this position will be expected to show a good track record of working within corporate & commercial law at a well respected firm. It is envisaged that you will be at least 10 years PQE and have experience of working at a senior level in your current or previous roles. Any experience of supervising more junior members of the team would be beneficial and naturally you will be able to demonstrate a good track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with the clients you work with.
