Job description: A well-known company based in Kingston are looking for a Digital Marketing & Account Manager to join the team and assist with marketing strategy and content creation.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

Marketing Duties

• Develop and manage engaging website content
• Implement strategies and tactics to engage, retain and grow our social media followers (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. …)
• Build and manage a content rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our websites (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, etc.)
• Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
• Create and disseminate vibrant and motivational internal marketing communications
• Explore new ways to engage and identify our customers
• Contribute to the creation of marketing support materials
• Track, measure, evaluate and report on marketing initiatives
• Track and report to senior stakeholders on the performance of social campaigns
• Keep in touch with social media marketing trends
• Be aware of social media best practice and translating these into recommendations for the business. Create a centre of excellence for social media

Sales Duties

• Responding to inbound sales enquiries
• Sending off of sales and marketing literature to clients
• Producing quotes
• Providing a contact list of potential clients
• Arranging meetings for those clients
• Assist in lead generation via social media.

Expected salary: £25000 – 30000 per year
