We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team. As an HCA, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to residents and patients in care homes and healthcare settings.

Tasks

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assisting residents and patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Supporting mobility and transfers.
• Providing assistance with meals and feeding.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and patients.
• Communicating effectively with the healthcare team and family members.
• Ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents and patients.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience as an HCA is preferred but not essential.
• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of residents and patients.
• Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL) would be an advantage.
