Athona’s Nursing division is currently recruiting for a community psychiatric nurse or opportunity based in Oxfordshire, Witney. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and evaluating collaborative patient centred care; getting feedback and improving plans with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT), Leading on and undertaking activities to ensure that the fundamentals of care are met – nutrition, hydration, hygiene, comfort, emotional and social support and liaising and working positively with members of the multi- disciplinary team and partner organisations.

The role will involve you working within the community setting and requires an individual who has NMC, a minimum of 6 months NHS experience within the last 2 years and relevant previous experience working in this type of position.
