Here you’ll be leading a team of support engineers that deliver premier customer service and IT solutions. You’ll also be dealing with stakeholders and clients, reassuring them that the service you deliver is both exceptional and easy to understand.

This company supports more than 50% of the primary schools, the largest secondary school in East Berkshire and a customer base that has grown exponentially in the last 8 years. IT is a dynamic and ever evolving industry, they utilise their extensive knowledge and experience to deliver effective solutions by embodying their moto ‘just making I.T. work’.

In this role, the successful IT Support Team leader will be providing support so their team can own their tickets and provide solutions to customer queries that align with the high standards set by the company. You’ll be leading a fast pace team that conducts themselves in a professional manner, is process driven, and have a good attention to detail when providing support.

The Ideal IT Support Team Leader will have the communication skills to provide support to technical and non-technical clients and customers and a strong background in IT that will help provide best in class support.

The Role:

  • Providing solutions to customer and client queries
  • Managing a team of IT Support Engineers
  • Communicate with stakeholders and subordinates effectively

The Person:

  • A background in IT support
  • Driving license
  • Ability to pass a DBS check
  • Good communication skills and confident when dealing with customers and clients
