Are you a Production Manager with experience working in the automotive or manufacturing industry looking to make a direct impact on the business through continuous improvements and leading performance across the site?

This is the opportunity to be the ‘go to person’ for continuous improvements and problem solving within a modern production site and would suit a candidate from an Automotive background looking to take a logical and driven approach to improvements and driving the business forward.

This company is a world leading manufacturer of performance fluid transfer systems. They operate in the OEM, automotive, motorcycle, motorsport, defence and specialist industrial sectors. As a senior member of the team this is a fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager to make their mark on the company, as well as grow with its success.

This role would suit a Production Manager with a high volume, short lead time background, who relishes a challenge and can take initiative to drive manufacturing forward.

The role:

• Lead continuous improvements across the site
• Set plan for batch production
• Set clear KPIs for production, the company and individual

The person:

• Experienced Production Manager
• Degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Proven practical experience of continuous Improvement across a site
• Experience within a continuous production facility
