Location: Frimley/Preston – must be able to get to one of the sites. Hybrid working, 2/3 days split – pending business needs

Salary: Up to £32,000 – Depending on experience and skills

What you’ll be doing:

· Deliver the Cyber Operational Assurance services to assure the compliance and effectiveness of applicable Cyber security controls to meet NIST (DFARS), DEFSTAN, Accreditation requirements and / or Group Cyber Security Standards (GCSS)

· Deliver an intelligence led and risk-based compliance programme across Sectors, UK Business Groups and Service Providers to underpin Accreditation requirements

· Delivering the Operational Assurance service to ensure that all applicable security controls are meeting the operational security requirements as defined in their contractual obligations (NIST (DFARS), DEFCON and Accreditation)

· Ensure Operational Assurance activities are aligned with the Group IM+T Cyber Security Assurance Framework and Group Cyber Security Standards to ensure compliance

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

· Ideally some similar experience and educated to degree level (or equivalent) preferably in a related technical discipline

· Ideally been in an analytical environment

· Auditing experience would be ideal

Desirable:

· ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation

· CISM-P IT Security qualification

· NSCP Foundation Certificate desirable

The Cyber Assurance team:

The Cyber Assurance Team with Shared Services are part of Enterprise IT (EIT) with responsibility for assuring all enterprise managed systems and services, spanning UK/RoW. The team ensure systems / services are built and configured in-line with applicable Cyber Security Standards.
