Working Hours: While the standard working hours are 8.30 am – 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, we understand the importance of flexibility to meet operational needs, offering overtime rates when applicable.

What You Will Do:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of the warehouse activities. Your responsibilities include allocating resources accurately, ensuring task execution redundancy, and upholding safety requirements. How You Will Do It:

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment for everyone.

Coordinate activities within the warehouse team, ensuring an equal distribution of workload and responsibilities.

Empower and encourage team members through training and mentoring.

Actively support and participate in JCI programs and initiatives.

Continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Investigate warehouse complaint escalations.

Lead team training, development, and engagement.

Accurate data entry for all ERP systems.

Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.

Regularly review Operation Descriptive Sheets (ODS) & Processes.

Essential:

Proactive problem solver with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Digital literacy – proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages.

Preferred:

Experience in warehouse leadership.

Experience in a warehousing and logistics environment.

Understanding of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE).

Knowledge and operation of Warehouse Management Systems.

Willingness to learn and grow.

Excellent team-working skills.

Ability to work effectively under limited supervision.

Self-starter with a strong initiative and results-driven mindset.

DG Certified, Forklift Certified, Export experience.
