Job description: A thriving Consultancy in Leeds is looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a number of landmark projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and education, taking them from initial conception through to construction and delivery.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager in this dynamic Consultancy, you will be involved in various high-value developments within the built environment or infrastructure sectors.

This role will allow you to utilize your skills in project management, from the feasibility studies to the final stages of construction and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage various high-value development projects from initial conception to delivery.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and oversee construction processes.
  • Ensure excellent client service and maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead project teams with a positive and proactive approach.

The Construction Project Manager

  • Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline.
  • Experience in managing and delivering high-value developments, focusing on the built environment or infrastructure.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strategic thinker with broad problem-solving skills.
  • Committed to delivering excellent client service.
  • Positive attitude with a ‘can do’ mentality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead effectively.
  • Experience in a client-focused environment, striving to exceed client expectations.
  • Ideally MRICS qualified, or working towards it.
