Deputy Service Manager (Cleaning)

Do you have sound experience as an Area Manager or an Account Manager in the Contract Cleaning industry or a similar industry, either for a single site or an area, and are looking for your next challenge?

Are you self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build outstanding relationships with customers and clients?

If so, you’ve got the skills to be considered for our position of Deputy Service Manager in Surrey:

The Role:

• Deputy Service Manager.
• 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday.
• £34,500p.a. plus company vehicle for business use.
• The area: You will oversee the cleaning operation for a range of primary and secondary schools and public conveniences across Surrey.
• The team: You will work directly with a team of 3 Area Cleaning Managers as well as Mobile Cleaners and Cleaning Colleagues.

As a Deputy Service Manager for Nviro you’ll be the first point of contact for the clients on a day-to-day basis, delivering service excellence and optimum customer satisfaction. You’ll also lead your team of Area Cleaning Managers to manage and monitor contract performance, ensuring you have an engaged and motivated team of cleaners. As a technical expert for the cleaning solution, you’ll advise clients and the Service Manager of recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
