The business is doing all in their power to create sustainable value for their customers, lower greenhouse gas emissions and reduce their environmental footprint.The roleYou will work as part of the EMEA Legal team, which includes over 12 Legal Counsel from various European locations. You will work on a range of commercial and corporate matters, supporting the Sales and Operations team and liaising closely with external counsel.You will work on a range of commercial contracts, IP, Real estate, disputes, GDPR and legal operations work. You will also work closely with the M&A team, assisting in acquisitions as and when they arise. You will also have the opportunity to travel to their European HQ fairly regularly.This role will give you the freedom to be closely aligned with the parts of the business that are of high interest to you.RequirementsYou will be a solicitor of 2-6 PQE (UK Qualified), with experience in Commercial LawExperience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Construction or Energy sectors is advantageousAble to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and present a solutions driven approachWhat’s on offer?Remote working, Bonus scheme, International Travel, Car allowance, Pension and much moreThis is a unique opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a high-performing international legal team in the South West.
Expected salary: £60000 per year
