Technique Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join one of our clients in Norwich on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

Assisting the Warehouse Leadership Team in managing the team on a day to day basis

Working on Warehouse projects to increase efficiency

Helping to manage new starters, performance of staff, absences and attendance.

Ensuring the picking stats are consistent and errors reported

Ensuring the packing of orders is up to standard and orders are processed in a timely manner

Rolling out new procedures, suggesting areas of improvement

Ensuring warehousing goals are met

Experience required:

Previous experience as a warehouse manager is preferable

Strong relationship builder and excellent team working skills

Organised with strong prioritization skills
