  • AP invoice posting
  • Ability to work with vendors
  • Annual Audit support
  • Month-end support (AP and expense accruals)
  • AP compliance
  • Provide updates weekly on outstanding invoices and accruals

I’m currently working with a renowned media company; the business is a very well-known brand within the industry and have offices both in the UK and Germany.

They are currently looking for a German Speaking Accounts Specialist who will work closely with the German Finance Team. The client is offering mostly remote working with flexible hours. The Accounts Assistant role has a focus on Accounts Payable duties.

Skills/experience required:

  • Proven work experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • VFX industry knowledge desirable
  • Efficient written and verbal communicator- in both German and English
  • Challenge motivated
  • Ability to work in fast-paced enviroment
  • Abilitiy to meet deadlines
  • Natural desire to problem-solve
