Job description: An ambitious and experienced Pre-Construction Manager is now needed to join an award-winning and growing Fit Out construction company.

The office for the Pre-Construction Manager is in southern Hampshire, but Hybrid work is offered.

The Pre-Construction Role

This role is to run the whole division of Pre-Construction. This will include managing, Estimators, Procurement, and finance individuals.

You will be responsible for the progression and strategy of client relationships, within the commercial and office arenas.

You will be required to analyse internal and external costs, provide detailed programs and identity potential risks.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Pre-Construction Manager should have a strong eye for detail.

The Pre-Construction Manager/Director

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Pre-Construction Manager/Director
  • Evidence of project knowledge within Office or Commercial sectors
  • CAD knowledge
  • Experience managing junior members of staff.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments.
  • May come from an Estimator background.
  • Has dealt with Fit Out projects.
  • Strong eye for details – Projects will consist of high-quality materials.
