We are currently seeking to recruit an EuMEA Account Manager. This is a remote position. The successful candidate must possess the right to work in the designated region / country.
Role Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prepare strategies for pursuing and capturing business from the Client portfolio
Analyze the needs and Customer expectations, identify commercial opportunities, address direct requests, influence and respond to calls
Negotiate commercial and contractual elements, highlighting to the Client the quality of the Proposal according to opportunities identified: market developments, innovations, industry trends for the use of civilian equipment
Coordinate the approval of the Commercial Proposal: establish a winning and pricing strategy
Take orders from Customers within the framework of the Contracts concluded, in an approach to support the Customer needs
Participate in regional trade shows and carry out direct customer prospecting to promote the Collins brand and solutions, maintaining customer relationship, and relations with local agents representing Collins
Coordinate business pursuits with other Collins economic entities to maximize the commercial proposition and Customer satisfaction, and offer a complete goods and services solution
Develop the quality and trust of the Customer relationship
Contribute to establishing an annual forecast of orders, sales and related activities planned with management: allocation of tasks according to the company’s implementation needs, indication of new business and programs in courses, setting sales objectives and taking orders
Contribute to quarterly Customer performance meetings, marketing points and market studies on trends, innovations and developments in the market and aeronautical regulations
