Job title: Stock Data Co-ordinator

Job description: Due to continued expansion, our key client is looking to recruit an additional member of staff into their Procurement function in order to assist senior management in recording and monitoring key data relating to the rebates and credit notes due from suppliers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys producing statistics and data utilising their strong numeric, Excel and reporting skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Allocating bank payments
• Coding credit notes
• Updating complex spreadsheets
• Raising invoices when required
• Liaising with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues and deal with discrepancies.
• Record outcome of investigations to resolve all stock and rebate issues.

The candidate:

The ideal candidate will have strong Administration skills, be confident using Excel and enjoy number crunching with huge and complex amounts data and figures. Any experience gained within an accounting stock control or warehousing environment analysing information would be of distinct advantage.

On offer:

A full time permanent position working office hours Monday to Friday based within the office although this role could become hybrid in time. A good salary and with a generous company bonus also on offer.
