This happy and positive secondary school & 6th form has received notice that a long standing food technology teacher will be taking retirement earlier than expected.

There is a need for a qualified Food technology teacher to join the school from January.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to support the head of department in the planning, delivery of both practical and theoretical lessons. You will be teaching to both KS3 and KS4 pupils, of varying class sizes and abilities

The modern design technology block has a purpose-built Food technology room which provides a safe learning space in which to promote healthy food education.

Pupils at this school feel safe and happy in the learning day. The school leadership team have high expectations of learners and you will find that the majority of pupils are ready to learn.
