Job description: RSK Geosciences currently have an exciting opportunity for you at RSK to join our expanding SafeGround team in Hemel Hempstead.
Reporting to the Senior Utility Reports Co-ordinator and Team Leader, the role will involve supporting work undertaken by technical teams by collating and providing reports on the results of utility searches. The position is being offered on either a full time at 40 hours per week, or part time at agreed hours.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking desk-based utility searches to produce a digital report of statutory authority service plans for areas requiring investigation. This will include contacting utility companies, collating their plans and replies into a report for clients to use as a record of the utilities affecting their sites.
- Set up and maintain project and tender files electronically.
- Prepare electronic and hard copy desk-based reports for distribution to clients.
- Manage project/desk-based costs and process monthly statement.
- Routine project support including set-up, raising purchase orders, preparing invoices, and basic financial reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet short timescales and deadlines.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
