A local authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Adult’s Team. This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £36,648. Their vision is for everyone who comes into contact with their Adults Services to lead full and active lives and have the choice and control over their service.

Responsibilities for you as an Adults Social Worker:

  • Supporting Adults with multi complex needs and helping them to live their best life.
  • Coordinate and manage Section 42 enquiries.
  • Undertake complex Social Care interventions including eligibility assessments and support plans.
  • Promote Social change development.

Requirements for you as an Adults Social Worker:

  • Social Work Degree / Diploma in Social Work
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Significant experience within Adults Social Work.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of relevant Social Work legislation and regulations.

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary scale: £36,648 (Grade 8)
