Trainee Warehouse & Logistics Lead

Full Time Permanent – Monday-Friday

£25,000-£26,000 DOE + Mentorship + Level 3 Apprenticeship within Warehouse and Logistics

My client is expanding their warehouse team and has created a new role ideal for someone with drive, motivation, and a desire to progress within the business. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse worker who is ready to take the next step in their career and become a manager.

The ideal candidate must be committed to working on the warehouse floor as part of the team while supporting the management of the warehouse and logistics department. Additional responsibilities include driving excellence, sharing best practices, maintaining health and safety standards, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting senior staff.

The successful candidate will receive direct mentorship and on-the-job training from experienced senior staff and directors with over 20 years of experience in warehouse and logistics. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to attend college to complete their Level 3 warehouse and logistics apprenticeship, enabling them to build on their skills and grow further. The role offers a competitive salary, private healthcare, group life insurance, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

To excel in this role, the successful candidate must have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, be self-motivated, passionate about career progression, a team player, possess strong communication skills, and have an eye for detail. Full clean driving licence and own transport is an advantage due to the location of the offices
