Our client is a leading name in cyber defence, aiding Governments, Nations and Societies to defend themselves from an ever-evolving world of cybercrime. They are currently looking for a Senior FPGA Engineer to join their team in developing of bespoke secure networking and communications systems for clients in Defence and National Security.

This work is predominantly based around Software Defined Radios and Digital Signal Processing technologies.

Requirements

An ideal Hardware Electronics Engineer would have the following experience:

  • Highly motivated with a strong academic background, typically in Electronics; or significant relevant experience
  • Experience in the use of software and FPGA development tools and environments, e.g. Python, C/C++, Linux
  • Understanding of the principles of practical electronics and PCB circuit design and layout.
  • Experience leading teams, for more senior Positions
