Job description: Our client, a leading property agency specializing in Marylebone luxury real estate market, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales.
You will be part of a company who have offices spread across Prime Central London are ideally looking for you to have experience within the London market.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales operations and drive business growth in one of London’s most sought-after locations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and investors.
- Oversee the acquisition and listing of properties for sale, collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Guide the sales team in negotiating and closing deals
Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in sales and team management within the real estate industry.
- Deep understanding of the luxury property market, particularly in the Central London area.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Our client, who have expanding rapidly over the last 12 months will be paying upto a £50k Basic Salary + Car Allowance & £100k+ OTE
