Based at the Wells Street site in the heart of Central London, you’ll be part of an operations and projects team that delivers a centrally managed service with a local touch.
As a Management Accounts Analyst, you will lead the operations & projects team, providing essential financial and project accounting support. Your role will involve reviewing monthly balance sheets, maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, preparing the annual depreciation budget, and managing quarterly forecasts. You’ll also play a crucial role in supporting the year-end audit. Working closely with the Accounting Compliance and Tax Manager, you will contribute to the preparation of year-end accounts and external audits. Additionally, you’ll support the submission of external reporting requirements such as the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), HE Business and Community Interaction (HE-BCI), and Office for Students (OFS), ensuring compliance and excellence in financial reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent practical experience and part qualification from a relevant accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Proficiency in Excel and Word and experience with computerised financial management systems are expected, with Agresso experience being a plus. Training on Agresso will be provided, ensuring you have the tools and knowledge to excel in your role.
