Salary: £39,415 – £45,136 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Join our team as a Business Analyst!

In the role of a Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team.

Your job will be to gather, analyse and provide precise fact-based insights regarding the financial and operational performance of the region.

This information will support the decision-making process of the Head of Customer Operations.

Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

– Utilise KPIs for detailed financial and productivity insights, engaging proactively with the leadership team.

– Enhance existing controls for daily management needs and informative reporting.

– Detect variances, investigate potential issues before reporting deadlines.

– Recommend appropriate actions to maintain/improve results and identify opportunities for future improvements.

– Prioritise SSEN’s customers in every decision to exceed customer and regulator expectations for service performance.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

– Previous experience as a Business Analyst.

– Great management and organisational skills, with experience of managing business plans and budgets to meet financial targets.

– Knowledgeable in systems, finance, operations, usage, and reporting.

– IT skills to effectively analyse performance data and deliver formal presentations.

– Awareness of key stakeholders and understand how to meet customer stakeholder needs.
