They are looking for an experienced highly motivated Group Financial Controller to join their team, to support the rapid growth of the company.

Skills and Responsibilities include

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA with 5 years experience in industry
  • Team Management and Mentoring experience
  • Ensure Management Accounts are prepared in line with Group accounting policy and standards inclusive of primary responsibility for Balance Sheet Reconciliations review and sign off with the FC team.
  • M&A Integration – assisting with integration of acquired entities including team integration and aligning: accounting systems, controls, policies and processes; suppliers; advisors; tax compliance; and banks
  • Manage, review and ensure timeliness and accuracy of internal monthly management accounts production to the Group FP&A timelines. Helping to drive improved business reporting suites, including individual entity, Board, and ad hoc reports for business planning purposes
  • Management of key relationships including banks, tax authorities and other third-party advisers and compliance relationships globally
  • Working with the Group Accounting team and the external Auditors to ensure the Audit is delivered to plan, with responsibility for timeliness of Prepared By Client deliverables by the team.
  • With the Group Accounting team, senior management and the Board to ensure high-quality production of Group consolidated annual and interim reports including note disclosures

Expected salary: £120000 – 130000 per year
