We are currently looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team on a full time basis in our Colchester office.

This role will report directly into our Chief Operating Officer and will have an integral role to play in the optimisation of the way we work, partnering closely with our operational teams this individual will work to identify and deliver all requirement to ensure we are working as effectively and efficiently as possible.

The Business Analyst will own and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle ensuring the solution delivered meets the objectives of the project, including scope, time, cost and quality, other aspects of this role include but are not limited to:

• Own and develop stakeholder relationships across various sites.
• Production of “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes as well as business cases and associated materials
• Define clear and realistic business requirements with stakeholder to achieve appropriate outcomes..
• Call out risk and issues to the project so these can be managed and become an business analyst expert for Arc.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess strong Excel skills and be comfortable with report writing and creating business cases. As a standalone role within Arc this role would be suited to someone who is confident in working closely with others but also able to work alone when needed and fulfil all aspects of a project themselves. Strong problem-solving skills, a business focused work ethic, and excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal with colleagues of all levels are a must.
