Job Description
As a Business Analyst you will have an important role leading requirements elicitation process on projects, both business and IT, including activities and deliverables for defining the business opportunity/problem, planning and executing business analysis activities. These projects must be delivered to the agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality and enable the organisation to achieve its’ goals and objectives. You will also be experienced in IT change and innovative use of IT tools to enhance outcomes. Energy, creativity and a collaborative approach are key behaviours that underpin this role.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role you’ll have previous experience as a Business Analyst with experience in coaching and developing Business Analysts
- Outstanding experience working with Project Managers at a senior level required and proven delivery track record of change / transformation
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills in order to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to self-manage and work in a dynamic environment
- Management experience including working with Business Analysts and Test Managers / Analysts
- The willingness to embrace new technologies and influence other parts of the business to adopt
