We’re looking for an experienced Land Agent to join our dedicated Estates team in the South District. As one of our two Land Agents, you’ll lead, manage and advise on legal and property management matters across our estate in the New Forest, Dorset and South Wiltshire.

You’ll have proven experience in mixed use property management, managing landlord and tenant relationships, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and new agreements and undertaking valuations.

A confident communicator and negotiator, you’ll work closely with staff, local stakeholders, landlords, tenants, external consultants and members of the public to provide specialist advice and guidance on our residential, commercial and agricultural properties. You’ll also use your commercial and business acumen to scope and explore new income generation opportunities beyond our existing estate and properties. Negotiate the acquisition and disposal of land, woodland and buildings to provide best value outcomes.
