Do you work in residential/commercial property, build to rent or housing in a similar role?

Our client/role – Community & Marketing Communications Manager:

The target audience are their residents and their needs and aspirations are central to all marketing & communications.

Key duties – Community & Marketing Communications Manager:

  • Manage and drive the marketing, digital and communities’ team.
  • Manage the launch of a new app for residents, ensuring maximum sign ups and the best user experience.
  • Ensure each member of your team runs a full event calendar for their communities.
  • Ensure communications are streamlined across all estates, with brand consistency in email signatures, letters, templates and customer journey.
  • Communicate across all estates that relevant and up-to-date content is always online.
  • Ensure community website and social media channels are optimised for user experience and compliment thriving communities.
  • Create a strategy for reviews and social media comms to improve customer feedback.
  • Consistently review new digital initiatives and technology to add further value.
  • Set and manage annual budgets/forecasts in line with targets and work compliantly to control cost and deliver value

Person profile – Community & Marketing Communications Manager:

  • Previous experience working in community, communications and / or digital marketing role.
  • Understanding of the operating environment within Build to Rent or Housing Associations.
  • Experience in managing multiple complex projects and ideally a team.
  • Demonstrated success in launching digital initiatives (mobile apps), with a focus on user acquisition and experience.
  • Successful track record in setting and managing annual budgets and KPIs.
  • Strong proficiency in developing and executing strategies for customer reviews and social media communications.
  • Experience overseeing the online presence of relevant, up-to-date content for multiple places/estates, optimising digital platforms for community growth.
  • Some experience in reviewing and incorporating digital marketing to enhance community engagement.
