About you
As the Commercial Manager at OutForm, you will be responsible for overseeing both the financial and commercial aspects of our business. Your role will involve strategic financial planning, managing commercial contracts, and optimising financial performance. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in finance, a keen eye for commercial opportunities, and the ability to drive sustainable growth. The role will report into the Operations Director at OutForm as part of the business support team.
As a Commercial Manager, you will have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field;
Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in both finance and commercial management roles.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
What would I be doing at OutForm:
Contract Management:
- Negotiate, review, and manage client contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Collaborate with accounting and delivery teams to mitigate commercial risks and ensure contractual compliance.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and areas for improved efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s overall objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Team collaboration:
- Cultivate strong relationships with Key Account Managers and Client Directors to understand their project and client needs
- Collaborate with the Bid and Business development manager to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Support in Bid management for the preparation of competitive and compelling commercial proposals for prospective clients.
- Work with proposition teams to develop pricing strategies and value propositions.
Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential commercial risks associated with projects, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
