Summary of the role

You will work closely with the clients’ events team as well your own internal team, acting as a day to day contact and client advocate within the wider Strata agency. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals that love being onsite and collaborating with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver a busy calendar of events across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Management of internal and third party providers from creatives, to security teams to printers, as well as sourcing, negotiating and quality controlling new suppliers.
  • Building and managing client budgets, receiving sign offs and being responsible for achieving margin.
  • Researching and proposing innovative kit, technology and processes for clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the way we work and help to grow the agency.

About you

  • A team player that thrives when busy. Our accounts cover a wide variety of projects and at times we are dealing with a lot of requests of different sizes all at once.
  • A great communicator. You’ll be involved with various other teams and parts of the business and it’s so important that we all work together to achieve the client’s objectives.
  • Has attention to detail, a creative problem solver and is happy to take responsibility on site.
  • Has at least four years experience as a project manager in the events or exhibitions industry, and able to clearly brief other providers pre-event and on site.
  • Full clean driving licence
