Are you a dedicated and qualified Adults Social Worker with a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities? Bolton Council is currently seeking a compassionate professional to join our dynamic Community Learning Disability Team.
Position: Qualified Adults Social Worker
Team: Community Learning Disability Team
Pay Rate: £30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and carers to develop and implement effective support plans.
Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and well-being.
Utilize your expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of those with learning disabilities.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent)
Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
Ability to develop and implement effective support plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and carers
