Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires a Senior Business Analyst with CLM (Contract lifecycle management) experience to be based in their client’s office in London, UK.
This is a hybrid role. You can work remotely in the UK and attend the London office 1-2 days per week.
This is a 6 month temporary contract to start ASAP
Day rate: Competitive Market rate
The ideal candidate should have very good experience in CLM process and can support the RFI & RFP evaluation and able to select a suitable vendor which supports the Client’s requirement
Key Responsibilities/ Requirements
- 10 years’ of relevant experience
- As part of CLM (Contract lifecycle management) project, looking for a Market standard product to carry out the contract life cycle management and also (NLP) NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING activities.
- CLM Tool with NLP/ML capabilities to support pre and post award contracting activities
- Assemble contract using client’s templates and has fit-for-purpose analytics/reporting capability
- Support tender negotiation with automation using NLP/AI for clause redlining negotiation.
- Compare contracts/documents (between each other/to model contracts) and identify differences/non-standard clauses.
- Analyse the content from scanned PDF’s, images, tables.
- Able to identify values like discounts (%), rates amount ($), dates, duration for further filter analysis.
- Scan existing contracts to obtain price benchmarks.
- Integration with other client’s tools (Ariba, Assai, Sharepoint).
- Analyse the document to produce a summary of provisions that are missing or require further negotiation, together with suggested steps forward (guidance, alternative language etc.).
