Job description: Eames is currently working exclusively with a Global Insurance Carrier on a Head of Underwriting Performance and Planning appointment in London. This is a senior strategic role, integral in the continued profitable growth of our client. You will work to give oversight to underwriting performance on a global level across all lines of business and will take ownership of the underwriting plan process.

We’re ideally looking for individuals with exposure across both Lloyd’s and Company market, with experience operating in a similar role.
