Are you an Adult social worker looking to improve the lives of vulnerable adults? Do you want to support adults from a hybrid position? Do you want to work with a low caseload?

A Local Authority in South West London is hiring for a full time Adults’ Social Worker to adhere to local adults in need of that are in use of the drug and alcohol support from adult’s social care.

Key Duties include:

Complex case management

Safeguarding and locality work

Care act and mental capacity assessments

Placing service users in nursing homes

Hybrid Working – Work from home, attend visits and meetings when necessary

Required to be in the office only TWICE A MONTH

Supported by a stable and permanent management team

What are they looking for?

Qualified social worker with Care Act assessments, Safeguarding Adults Enquiry and Mental Capacity assessment experience (expected)

Mental Health or Substance Misuse experience (preferred)

Registered with SWE (expected)

Professional qualification in Social Work (expected)
